Senior Product Manager

Buymie is an Armenian/Irish co-founded tech company that provides grocery delivery services across Ireland.

Buymie is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to join our Buymie team. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product vision and strategy, and ensure successful product launches.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so the development teams clearly understand them
• Communicate the overall goal and vision to the rest of the team, getting everybody on the same page
• Collect feedback from key stakeholders and users and relay that feedback to the team along with any necessary course corrections
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience
• Define product requirements and manage the product roadmap
• Integrate user research, product testing, and market analysis into product requirements
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make recommendations for improvements
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Understand and be willing to teach the value of collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment, writing user stories and agile product delivery
• Experience working with SQL and other data analysis tools
• Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
• Experience working with a logistics product is a plus
