Your profile
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, deliver insightful reports, and assist with our shopper payments. This is a great opportunity for you to bring your knowledge and skills to the business and grow in the role.

Job Responsibilities
• Preparation and execution of weekly payout cycle, including end-to-end verification, and timely release of payments,
• Execution of comprehensive payment checks to validate credits, deductions, and bonus adjustments prior to disbursement,
• Completion of invoice amendments for incentive and bonus payments,
• Revision and agreement of equipment purchases, referral fees and customer deductions,
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across multiple internal systems and reports,
• Creation and maintenance of financial charts, dashboards and visual reports to support the decision-making process,
• Weekly analysis of key performance metrics and trends,
• Reconciliation, analysis and reporting of store card transactions,
• Escalation and resolution of discrepancies, coordinating investigations with operations teams until ticket closure,
• Collaboration with operations teams and internal systems to validate weekly costs,
• Ad-hoc duties assisting finance and operations teams with analytical reporting and the annual audit process,
• Completion and implementation of current and new process documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,
• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role,
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling,
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail,
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively,
• Excellent written and spoken English (must),
• Good listening and clear communication skills,
• Highly organized with strong time management skills,
• Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
