We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace,
• Maintain the condition of the office and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades,
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR (e.g., workstations, welcome packs),
• Support the organization of company events, team-building activities, and seasonal or staff celebrations,
• Handle incoming emails, calls, and office packages,
• Manage office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and equipment,
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing prompt and professional support,
• Establish and manage cooperation with travel agencies and vendors,
• Coordinate business trips and travel logistics,
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or a similar role,
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace,
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment,
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Experience using any design tool (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe tools) is a plus.
