Your profile
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our teams and leaders in achieving business objectives through strategic HR practices. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, driving employee engagement, performance, and development while ensuring alignment with company culture and goals.
Job Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to understand team goals and provide HR guidance on workforce planning and talent management,
• Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company culture and long-term objectives,
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development planning and offboarding,
• Monitor and improve employee productivity, identifying trends and developing action plans for performance improvement,
• Lead and support employee relations cases, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and local labor laws,
• Support employee development through effective learning, feedback, and career growth programs,
• Promote a positive workplace culture, ensuring fairness, inclusion, and employee well-being,
• Analyze HR metrics and trends (turnover, engagement, etc.) to recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist capacity, and ideally in a tech environment,
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices,
• Excellent communication, influencing, and management skills,
• Fluent spoken and written English skills,
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
