Your profile
We are looking for a Data & ML Engineer (on-site) to design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and machine-learning systems that power analytics, decision-making, and intelligent features across our products. You will help build a new data platform using modern Microsoft Cloud Data Services, supporting data integration and ML workloads.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and ML
Build, train, deploy, and operate machine-learning models in production
Monitor data quality, model performance, and drift
Work on feature engineering, dataset preparation, and model retraining flows
Build and operate end-to-end ML pipelines (training, validation, inference)
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across data and ML workloads
Apply best practices for versioning, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
Work with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver data solutions with real business impact
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience,
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong Python skills for data processing and ML workflows
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with data modeling
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production
- Experience with Azure data and compute services
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, or equivalent)
- Good understanding of ML fundamentals (statistics, probability, algorithms)
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data at scale.
