We are expanding our Operations team in Armenia and are seeking a motivated Operations Representative (Live Operations and Support) to join us. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring live orders placed by customers, supporting contractor needs, resolving issues, overseeing workflows, and collaborating with other teams to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor live orders using the internal prediction tool.
Detect, report, and suggest improvements for technical issues or bugs.
Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth experiences for customers and contractors.
Respond promptly to contractor inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Follow and enforce company procedures and policies.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows and maintain high service standards.
Provide actionable feedback to relevant departments to improve processes and service quality.
Perform additional duties to support the operations team and overall business goals.
