About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join Buymie and help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. You will play a key role in improving our customer and partner journeys across web and mobile platforms, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to final UI delivery
Lead the evolution of the design system, ensuring seamless implementation and consistent UI across all products
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Improve usability and overall user experience across our platforms
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions
Work closely with data teams to define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive data-informed design decisions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across products
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture

Your profile

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figma Jam, Figma Make
Experience designing for web and mobile applications
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

Experience in retail or e-commerce products
Background or exposure to the textile or fashion industry
Experience working with data-driven design and A/B testing
