Buymie is looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team (on-site). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define the product vision and strategy, and lead efforts to ensure successful product launches that meet user needs and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so the development teams clearly understand them
• Communicate the overall goal and vision to the rest of the team, getting everybody on the same page
• Collect feedback from key stakeholders and users and relay that feedback to the team along with any necessary course corrections
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience
• Define product requirements and manage the product roadmap
• ntegrate user research, product testing, and market analysis into product requirements
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make recommendations for improvements
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Understand and be willing to teach the value of collaboration and teamwork.
